On 1st April 2026 Public Sexual Harassment became a standalone crime in England and Wales thanks to Our Streets Now's tireless campaigning - but the future isn’t built in courtrooms, it’s built classrooms. "Smile!" is a reminder that if we're going to change culture then it starts with the next generation.
"Misogyny is worryingly on the rise amongst young boys, but in making this film we wanted to look beyond the bleakness of ‘Adolescence’ at an alternative teenage life; One that celebrates its endearing, awkward realities. Thanks to their anti-misogyny workshops, Our Street’s Now are making this future all the more possible."
